Today was a major gym day for me.  I haven’t been working out as much as I used to but decided it was time I get back into it.  As you know, I love junk food and ice cream, so if I’m gonna’ keep my shape up for you it’s time to hit the gym hard!  A lot of you ask what I do to stay in shape but I guess it’s the typical stuff.  At least twice a week I workout with light free weights, to keep my self toned.  I don’t want to have those flabby arms that keep waving long after you’ve said good-bye to someone!
